For the underserved in our communities, Care Harbor is both a destination and a portal – a haven of help and hope, and the gateway to lasting health.

Our events provide not only free quality care on site, but also prevention and self-care resources, and follow-up care for those who need it.

Our hope is that everyone who passes through Care Harbor will not need to return again.
